Upon our arrival at Hotel Palafitte, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made sure our stay was exceptional. The room we stayed in offered breathtaking views of Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps, providing a truly romantic setting for our getaway. The luxury pavilion was beautifully designed, with a Jacuzzi in the bathroom adding an extra touch of relaxation and indulgence to our stay.We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of an upgraded room, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the stunning surroundings. The hotel's restaurant, Le Colvert, served up inventive and refined cuisine that exceeded our expectations, accompanied by an impressive selection of wines that perfectly complemented the dishes.The hotel's unique concept of pavilions built on stilts added to the charm and exclusivity of our experience, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility. The opportunities for adventure and relaxation were abundant, with kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles available for guests to enjoy on the lake.Hotel Palafitte provided us with a luxurious and unforgettable Alpine escape, combining top-notch service, stunning views, and gourmet dining in a setting that truly embraced the beauty of nature. We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our next visit, perhaps with my adventure-seeking parents in tow to share in this remarkable experience.
