Hotel Palafitte truly exceeded my expectations, offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience in a unique setting. The overwater pavilion provided stunning views of Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps, allowing for a morning swim directly from the stairs outside our room. The modern furnishings and comfortable bed made our stay incredibly relaxing.The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, apart from one grumpy waiter in the restaurant. However, the delicious food more than made up for it, with the Michelin-starred restaurant serving exquisite dishes that highlighted local produce. The complimentary paddle boat experience on the lake was a highlight, adding a touch of adventure to our luxurious stay.The attention to detail in the pavilion, including the jacuzzi and movable partitions in the bathroom, showcased the thought put into guest comfort. The serene atmosphere of the hotel, combined with the warm hospitality, made for a truly unforgettable holiday experience. I highly recommend Hotel Palafitte for those seeking a blend of luxury, nature, and adventure in the heart of Europe.
